Maybe this version of Northampton has just had some very very mild winters for the past few years. :D
We've had at least one time skip. Who's to say that it hasn't been two years in comic?
I wonder who they lost to in the Regionals?
I haven't seen an old-style mechanical coin-in-slot parking meter in forever. Are they still a thing in the USA?
Interesting to see that Hanners is annoyed instead of being shocked. Of course Pintsize riding a reindeer probably isn't the weirdest thing she's seen, perhaps not even the weirdest thing she's seen this week.
It probably means I'm a bad person, but the poor fairy girl desperately chasing the reindeer whilst pathetically trying to keep up her "la le lu li lo" was a genuinely laugh out loud moment.

I'm pretty sure that's just all she's capable of saying. A permanent "omelette du fromage" state, if you will.
Maybe Fairy Girl is trying to learn Japanese. (http://www.japanese-language.aiyori.org/hiragana-8.html)
The more I see Elliot stutter and cringe around Brun, the more I wonder how thus guy can be a successful bouncer. How can the quiet confidence he shows on the job not translate to other areas of his life? Especially since in my experience, guys I've known who were this bad (or worse!) around women suffered from a general lack of confidence that screwed up their entire lives.
Even Marten's better with women than this, despite the spectacular crash-and-burns we've seen him go through.
I don't see how.
The letters L and R as they are in English, do not exist in Japanese. But a Japanese R is pronounced in the same way as the English L. It is merely used as a tool to teach people how to pronounce the Japanese vowels.
The page I linked to actually explains that, as you would probably have noticed had you followed the link and read the page.
So how to pronounce らりるれろ? If you are not after perfect accent, my easy answer is to pronounce them as English "la, li, lu, le, lo".

I had! Thank you.I'm pretty sure that's just all she's capable of saying. A permanent "omelette du fromage" state, if you will.
Nope, you're forgetting the time when Emily "caught" (http://www.questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=2423) her.
Next we'll find Marten missing an eye, his left arm replaced with a prosthetic and a chunk of metal lodged in his forehead.Dammit, I wanted to make the Metal Gear joke!
I used to have HUGE problems with social anxiety, and the main reason had to do with not knowing my "role". General social situations... my role is unclear. When I was working in public with an actual "job" to do, I knew EXACTLY what I was supposed to be doing, so I felt more comfortable.Joining a games club and getting into RPGs was my way of dealing with social situations.
I actually survived doing conventions with a general fear of crowds by staffing them, giving me a role to fill. And eventually I worked it down to controllable even without having a specific job I needed to do.
Most of my fear came from not knowing what I should be doing. Once I knew that, it was pretty easy.
They are sweet together but I'm not sure what's happening in the last panel. Doesn't Tai like being called cute? Or does Dora have a habit of indicating that she has a fairly low trigger bar for lusting after someone?
Wow, at first I thought that was Faye in the first panel. Very confusing.

Wow, at first I thought that was Faye in the first panel. Very confusing.Faye is drawn with much the same skin-tone as Dora (http://www.questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=3249), while Tai is noticeably darker. Also, Tai has that nose-stud, while Faye only has pierced ears, I think.

I don't know if she was all that annoyed, but shrugging off the run-of-the-mill weirdness. And even if she was I don't know why since it doesn't appear like anyone is making a mess. It is interesting that in spite of the people she works and hangs out with she doesn't causally swear.
Next we'll find Marten missing an eye, his left arm replaced with a prosthetic and a chunk of metal lodged in his forehead.*blinks*
I'm thinking that there's still one beat left in the saga of Laluli and the reindeer... but we might not get it for a couple of weeks.

Is that a Sluggy Freelance reference or something else?

So, how did Fairy Girl know where to bring Pintisize? I've got a feeling that Marten has soldered a plate to Pintsize that says something like: "If found, please return Pintsize to Apartment 22, 141 Dwight Street, Northamton, MA and I apologise in advance for whatever he did."
Okay, everyone sing along with me:
o/~ Pintsize got run over by a reindeer! o/~

That's hard to do in a language limited to "la", "le", "li", "lo" ,and "lu".

Secondly, Bubbles needs to realise just how common the urge to stomp Pintsize flat really is. It is certainly nothing abnormal or to be ashamed of!
Oontz oontz oontz!I bookmarked the forum. The comic is relatively easy to find from here….

but... Pintsize and vice cops...
Finally... Since when have Faye and Bubbles been so easy around each other that Faye feels able to use her friend as a climbing frame? :-D
The welding gear is Faye's equipment to begin with.
Paranoia strikes deep.
Into your life it will creep
It starts when your always afraid
Well, she DID respond to and speak English once (http://www.questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=2423).Okay, everyone sing along with me:

That deer rules! We'll have to call it a reign deer. There's nothing better than a good reigndeer and nothing worse than a bad one.

Well, all I can say is that Faye and her tribulations must have struck a chord. [...]
