Title: Blank Label Comics
Post by: Mnementh on 23 May 2005, 19:58
So I came across this Blank Label Comics (http://www.blanklabelcomics.com/) on PvP, which I read more out of a perverse desire to see how Kurtz is next going to insult his fans or pick a fight with someone.

So I gather that this is kinda like Dayfree Press, but more of a business thing.  Dayfree and Dumbrella are just sort of groups of webcomics folks who are friends with each other.  I'm not sure where this is going, but it seems more business oriented, and the authors only relationship seems to be that they know Scott Kurtz (douchebag) who will do just about anything to stick it to Keenspace (douchebags).

Leaving Keenspace is a good thing, and Checkerboard Nightmare and Greystone Inn can be fun.

Questions, comments, snide remarks?

*goes to see what the websnark guy has to say about this*

I am strongly in favor of Blank Label Comics. Also, what do you have against Scott Kurtz?

Other than him being a pompus, self righteous jackass? Not much.

Webcomic groups are usually a good thing, I doubt this will be any exception.

That's true.  No matter my opinion of PVP or Kurtz a group of comics is stronger then individuals.  Something like the Iroqouis and the six arrows being harder to break then just one.
