I never got around to one this year, but I did do this (http://shadesofgrey.rydia.net/images/halloween.jpg) last year.  Dressed up my characters as folks from other webcomics.  (All the different characters and the websites they come from are identified at the bottom of the image, for those who are curious.)

I really should make something new for today, tho.  Arg.  To have time again...
