A couple of my (not very good) paintings.

So I was painting today because  I had paints and I wondered why I never used them. I painted an  octopus. After I painted it, I remembered why I never paint.


Because I am terrible and sloppy.


But I'm going to show it anyways.


This is the one that I painted today.

Kai, I like the squid. It is green and very cool looking. I'd hang out with a squid like that.

i like your squid. he's cool because he's green and green is the best color ever. i would also hang out with your squid.

That site is SUPER fun. Awesome. Also Kai: I like your squids. They have just that neccesary bit of surrealish to them.

hey, someone else who paints/draws squid/octopi!
they're good, but you need to focus on the squid's anatomy and rendering before you jump into colour in the ways that you do.

no, not the warhol! do not become a machine! for the love of GOD!!!!

ok. enough of that.

sometimes it's good to know all the anatomy and whatnot, but people end up not being all technical and whatnot. i kinda like it when things are not technically perfect.

Oh, man, I am both far too lazy to mass produce anything to the extent of Andy Warhol or get things anatomically correct. SO WE DEAL
