Left 4 Dead the Sacrifice
« on: 06 Oct 2010, 20:42 »

I just bought Left 4 Dead for the first time.  Got the bundle because it was on sale.

Is anyone else still playing this?

Any advice?

Follow the instructions in this video.

If you're going to play both games, start with L4D1 and then play L4D2. If you play them in reverse, you get so used to the extra content in L4D2 that L4D1 feels unfinished.

you read teh comic, right? i'm confused. if they need to raise the bridge in order to get the boat across, and they met the l4d2 survivors before they got on the boat and the bridge was lowered back down, then....bill's sacrifice was for nothing? they have to raise it up again with only 3 people, one injured.

the actual campaign itself is pretty cool, although the 3 tanks at once was not as climatic or cool as i'd hoped, as it had looked in the trailer. it would have been nice to include one more level without bill, maybe...providing cover for the l4d2 survivors?

Unless that generator was just out of gas... If it was then the L4D2 survivors may have fixed the stalling problem.

I thought the DLC was pretty cool, especially since the level changes things every time you play it.  The final decision thing was kind of stupid though, I mean they should have let us fight it out instead of the one hit kill
