I did a search and didn't see this as a topic yet...

Anyone seen all the film trailer recuts that make a film seem totally different than what it is?

The West Side Story one was easily the best of any of these. I can't seem to find it at the moment though.

My sister sent me one that was Back to the Future as Brokeback Mountain (Brokeback to the Future ;)). Martin and the scientist were in love. Awwww.

I do love these things. There's a TV channel on now that's been airing a lot of Lord of the Rings related cuts. One spins the movie as a love story between Sam and Frodo. Another is Gandalf Dance Mix (includes some editing that makes it look like Gandalf is dancing!).

You are thinking of TBS.
The Gandalf dancing version is set to the song 'White Horse' by Laid Back.  Which is about cocaine.  Its pretty funny though.

The other version I like is where it talks about how much it sucks to be Frodo.

That's the one! I just love when they have him dancing :D

I like the one where they talk about Smeagle. "You'd have problems too!"
