Photoshop experiment

I decided to mess around with the pen tool a bit, used a reference photo... any sugestions on how to improve upon this style? All I know is min not happy with the nose.

Sorry. havent been on the forums in a while, didn't notice the arts and crafts thingy. Ill post  there next time.

that's a good job, using basic photoshop tools (I can tell by the leaf) thought you can try and merged it into the hat more as if it slowly coming out pieces by pieces, as if she's dissolving.

another is the lips, eyes and nose, the nose a little too detailed to me, you can simply used two dot as nostril, the mouth kinda too sharp, a simple but smooth line probably work.

eyes already good, thought the pupil look unusual.
