Skindred used a techno version (It started off normal then suddenly beats and turntablism started) of that as their intro music, and damn was it awesome.

Now, back in high school it was "Final Countdown":  an excellent choice, to those who went with that.

In college, it was the opening bars of "Highway To Hell".

Now, it's a toss-up:

Either the opening keyboard part to Ozzy's magnum opus "Mr. Crowley" (I swear, if I ever get married,
that's in the ceremony somewhere),  or Hotei Tomoyasu's "Kill Bill Theme".  You know, the one that got
used in the car commercial.  Tell me you wouldn't want the first brass notes to hit as you walk into the room...

This is very true...

I would imagine any sort of Brass fanfare would be a really cool intro peice...

but the music sucks because the keyboards don't have the cold/mechanical sound they had but a wannabe techno sound that it's pathetic for Rammstein standars.

This one made me think really hard. First idea was either Hatred by Aereogramme or Don, A Man by Slint, but I'm not really that emo.
So it had to be something that's not entirely serious and rocks with the cock out.

JC knows that Bowie is the answer.

Question: Is this intro music thing able to be controlled or does it just happen every time you enter a room? 'Cause going to a funeral could be an awkward experience is all.

Well quite apart from your dubious choices of theme, your avatar at that point was approximately the size of Mexico.

3 new ideas:

Ulver - Christmas
The part where the rocking kicks in.

Jimmy Smith & Wes Montgomery - Down By The Riverside
Best horn fanfare ever.

The Mermen - Blue Xoam
All mysterious at first and then ROCKING IT INTO YOUR FACE. With the rock. And the roll.

OH GOD YES!

I would totally switch between that and Halber Mensch depending on my mood. Christmas would be when I was happy.

Never heard of Mindless Self Indulgence (as a band anyway -- I'm quite well acquainted with it as a pastime).

For some reason I would like Motörhead's "Ace of Spades" to blare out of nowhere whenever I enter a room.

"THE DEAD MAN'S HAND AGAIN!"

FTW.

I would otherwise use the tail end of Sigur Ros' "Danarfregnir od Jadarfarir" when it gets all distorted.

Windowlicker...?

No it's some really shitty 90s rap song.  I think it's maybe DJ Funk?  Or something like that.  It's the best.

i went to a sketch comedy show and they did a skit with lives of monopoly game pieces and iron man was what the iron, well, man, was singing when he came on stage and again when he left.

i think i'd have to have fat bottomed girls by queen. because i've gots a fat bottom and i make the rocking world go round, obviously.

"Sober" or "Schism" by Tool
or maybe "I Stay Away" by Alice in Chains or "Instant Repeater '99" by Soundtrack of our Lives
