Look, instrumental technique is not the holy grail of music. Still there are more impressive guitar players, some of whom actually play innovative music, like Masvidal and Gobel of Cynic or Allan Holdsworth. If you want unrelenting ridiculous speed, there's Rusty Cooley, who is inhuman as far as I can tell. I will say that the song was hilariously over the top, and the whammy bar antics were pretty neat, but they're not breaking my perception of what fast guitar playing can be.
