That is pretty awesome and all, but Jeffery Rowland has issued a new Rocktober shirt, so I must dispute your claim.

The Rocktober shirt is also worthy of adoration.

Between that and the fact that the last time I bought an MP3 player, Apple didn't even make 60 gig models, I am almost convinced to flog my Zen to somebody and get an ipod to put it on

They wouldn't fit with that cool case, but the iRiver players really are great, and they're free of all that inconvenient DRM stuff. You can put anything you like on them too, so I keep backups of my website and thesis on mine!

Technically you can do the same with iPods, and if you encode your files as mp3's and don't buy music from iTunes you don't have to deal with DRM.

That is a sweet cover and it's a route I'd like to see more webcomics take, but nothing could make me give up my iRiver. I love that thing. I know it's possible to avoid Apple's pushy software but I'd rather not fight with my mp3 player.

Here here. Iriver's are so damned good. Same price as an iPod, but easier to put music on, radio, and I prefer the joystick to the clickwheel.

That is a sick iPod cover though.
