does anyone else like the author janet evaonvich??? she writes the Stephanie plum series, the full series, and she's bringing back several of her books that she wrote under the name Steffie Hall...??

I like her books. They are total popcorn, and I think that I might actually be killing brain cells reading them, but they are laugh out loud funny most of the time.

Another author I consider in the same genre is Nevada Barr-she has a park ranger/mystery solver/perpetually in trouble character. More serious, but still fun.

Stephanie Plum is good, easy reading.  There's no value whatsoever in the books, but they're a hell of a lot of fun.  I'm a fan.

I work at a Borders, so I have to shelve this rubbish a lot. Honestly, we sell more crap books than anything. I mean our romance section alone! :p

Although I suppose if people enjoy it it's not so bad, provided they don't start thinking it's real *coughdavincicodecough* :D

yeah these are good books, i have to drop out my high fantasy realm every once in a while to read one of these
