Da dweee da da da dweee dow.

I'm starting to wonder if the superhero thing is supposed to be a euphemism for sexual deviance.  I've only been watching the first couple episodes, so I won't say for certain.

They made sexual-deviance allusions in one episode of the live series, when Arthur "came out" to his family about being "super".  I haven't watched the cartoon in a while, but if Animaniacs can be so loaded with innuendo, I imagine so can The Tick.

just wait to you get to the little wooden boy episode (one of my faves)  there's a scene where the tick is whittling a piece of wood between his legs.  i didn't realze how disturbing it was till i was older.
