Spider Man revealing his identity to the world as part of the Superhero Registration Act in the current "Civil War" Marvel Comics Event?

Apparently the issue where that happened was equivalent in terms of audience participation to the Superman Comic where Doomsday offs Superman.  But I'm so out of non Moore/Miller super-hero comics I was like "meh".

Also, Qui Gon Zel, it might be a good idea to give an idea re the subject of the thread (spiderman) since you've put SPOILER in the title.  You can edit subject titles by editing your first post.

it was really good for the story. Honestly the Civil War arc is one of the best ones they've done in a very long time. I just hope they don't retcon the whole shabang.

I like the Civil War.  I just wish the New Warriors weren't offed.  That Scottie Young series was wicked.

I'm not following the entire CW story.  Too many books.  So I really like the Daily Bugle they put out detailing everything happening thus far.  Personally, I was shocked at the news of Spidey, and wouldn't he have an HR complaint that JJ fired him just because he's Spider-Man?

When this whole thing is done, $50 says that's when the energy of all the stripped mutants becomes the major focal.

BIG news that is only really a few days old is that thor killed goliath, and that tony stark and reed have been cloning heroes (namely thor)

though you heard about that from cable and deadpool earlier if you read it

No.  No Deadpool n Cable for me.  Mainly Uncanny, Adjectiveless, New, and Astonishing X-Men.  My main Civil Way news comes from Wolverine, which I picked up only cuz Ramos is pencilling.  He's awesome!!!!!!!!

Cloning heroes?  Sounds weird.  Is Thor on Iron Man's side or Cap's?

Spidey doesn't need a clone defence from Tony, he's had one for years.  Who knows who might still be running around out there after the Clone Saga.  But seriously, I can't wait to see what Thor does when he comes back from his space hibernation and finds out that Tony cloned him.
