Drunk again. . .
« on: 10 Dec 2006, 12:25 »

Gah!  Dammit!  So anyway, I'm in a band and we've been playing a lot of shows lately, and people are always like, giving us free alcohol and stuff.  Thus, my normal level of cognition is on a lower rung (like now) every night when I want to engage in intellectual discourse on this forum.  Man, I just gotta stop drinking at every show.

If you're going to drink at shows, you need to do it while soloing.

On top of a table.

Without a shirt on.

This applies to drummers and bassists also.

Well, I am the drummer.  I don't know how I'd possibly accomplish that.

Take yer shirt off, get on a table and then dive into your drumset.

Like a lucha libre!

Just make sure there's a first aid kit around before engaging in any diving into drum sets.

I could imagine it ending in tears.
