Super-dee-dooper Wacom Art
« on: 17 Jan 2007, 04:17 »

I just bought a 4x5 wacom tablet with photoshop elements. The thing is a bitch to draw smooth lines with, but I think I did ok for a beginner. Anybody wanna share some tips?

I got a wacom on the cheap on ebay to play with...I don't usually use it to draw as I would with a pen, but make use of the pressure sensitivity to sketch with different width/opacity etc etc....

To build up confidence using my Wacom, I first practiced in Paint. It seems to me that Photoshop accentuates your mistakes and wobbliness, which is not what you need when beginning.
