Ah, I thought Paco would have a hat collection. I'm glad you liked it though.

Hehehe....$300 worth of Hentai. -Awesome-...
I think asking someone over 18 to buy you illustrated porn is way cooler then asking them to buy you beer.

Paco only has one hat.  It's a very special hat.  He pretty much can't go more than a few minutes without it on.  He's gotta work on that, because lawyers don't wear baseball caps and that's what he wants to be.

PQ4, I'm over 18.  Would you like some illustrated porn?
Paco's already pretty much fed up with porn readers.  Garret has a collection.

Ah, I forgot to say thank you. I was posting in a hurry and forgot.

So this hat of his is like Padma's from FH. I hope it isn't actually alive now. Because man...

As for illustrated porn, is Garret's collection in stick figures, too? That must be some kind of ... odd. And existent as per that Quantum Fetish mechanics thing.

Would you like some illustrated porn?

Only if it's stick-figure porn. I think that is the one thing I have -not- yet seen...
Oh wait, yes I have. Damn it! And I think it was a Flash Cartoon too!
...I think I can offically call myself the most corrupted person in America. -Yes-! (Oh wait, should I not be proud of that?...Oh well!)

Garret's porn is actually in novel form.  I can't draw stick figure porn.  You wouldn't be able to tell the penis from an arm.

No, Paco's hat is not alive.  It would have quit on him by now because it's been through a lot of abuse.

Ooh! Novel porn is fun!
Well, okay, for the first half hour. Then it gets boring and repetative and you wonder why you payed nearly $20 bucks for the damn book...
::sigh::

The Santa one is funny.  I caa't read the second one because it's small.  I can't follow the fight.  I think it's cut off? (*edit* Okay, it's not cut off.  I just didn't notice the scroll bar.) I'm also just generally bad at following still action, hence why I don't read action manga.  The ranch one was really cute.

New strip!

I really like that particular strip because even though Garret looks horrible, that's probably the best Jimmy I've ever drawn.

What game is Paco playing? I don't think I get it.

Those are big pictures, Kid Carnival, I think it'd have worked better with faces.

You know, T.Shank (your name is pretty long, though I'm sure your butt isn't equally big - what do we call you anyway?) maybe you should start posting a regular webcomic somewhere, like, smackjeeves or something and plug it in the Plug Yr Comic thread. :D

He's playing Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney.  You get to shout objection! into the microphone.  I want it.

I've thought of making a regular webcomic, but I probably wouldn't be able to keep up on updates.

My best friend hates that my stick figure don't have noses.  I think noses would look funny, and they'd make profiles difficult to draw.  I'm glad you like the faces.

I've been running dry on Paco ideas.  I've been laying on the angst in my writing lately, whihc makes it hard to crank out funny one-liners.  Here's a comic about someone else, though.  Remember poor Louis from my first post in this thread?  Well, this is his best friend Hayden, and Hayden's experiences with women have been a little different from those of his musically and historically inclined pal.

My friend says the chick looks like a dude in both her top row appearances, but she is in fact a chick, which Hayden can attest to.

I drew up a couple more strips, but I'm home and my scanner is big and heavy, so it's at school.  I was bored so I thought I'd use my mad Photoshop skills.  Okay, so they're horrible, but I was jsut having some fun.

Paco's love interest.  Well, sort of.  It's complicated.  Anyway, I just used the overlay setting ont he airbrush to change the color of the lines, then I used the painbucket to fill the stuff in.  So nothing fancy.  I also didn't want to bother with finding a good skin tone.

I too k Dreimon's rendition of Paco and changed the hat color to red with the airbrush.  I love the airbrush.  I like changing the colors of things.

Hehe, the airbrush is cool, yeah :D

I'd make a comic but I can't think of anything to make. xD Maybe after I don't have the nursing licensure exam looming over my head like a (badly aimed? it's supposed to be over my neck :/) guillotine. Ah, I'm sure it'll be fine.

And the chick did sort of looked like a dude in the top row. It looked sort of like Jesse from Team Rocket. But he looks sort of like a girl so I suppose it evens out.

I also said good luck on your exam, so.... good luck on your exam!

Hehe, thanks. Now I'm just waiting on results. Then I'll get to apply for jobs and whatnot, if I pass. I'll apply for the US license soon enough, I guess. And find a job even if I don't pass, I suppose.

I'm guessing a lot. So.. where are you? Hehe.

Nice sorta fourth wall breaking there. It was inevitable.

By the way, I hope I'm not threadjacking (again?) but I tried drawing in a more Superhero comic-ish style and I decided to put Paco and Garret in as cameo extras in the background... I don't think I colored them very well, I rushed it... and I'm not exactly an expert at it. I'm not sure I captured their essence well either. Paco's not even facing the camera. But I think I gave Garret a mullet.

But linky.

By the way, I still think you can have a webcomic using those strips. Someone linked a webcomic in some thread here that was a stickfigure comic. It's called Wayneker. Hehe. So, just saying.

You're not threadjacking, Dreimon.  I love that you draw my characters.  What the heck is Garret doing, though?

And PQ4, I was gonna say saran-wrap, but it wouldn't fit.  Either way, you'd want to protect your stuff, too, if you shared a room with Garret.  He can be messy at times.

I feel like that everytime I stand next to someone who is way taller then me --and for a girl, I'm pretty tall (5'10''). There was a guy a few years older then me in high school was like 7  foot something, and I could never walk directly past him without feeling like a midget... Eek.

Man, that's even taller than Jimmy!  He's 6'5.  You're also taller than Paco.  He's 5'8.  He's not done growing yet, though!  (Jimmy is, thank God.)  He eats really well now that he's at school, so now he has the nutirition to meet the height potential that genetics gave him.  Lucky him.  I was already done growing by the time I experienced the wonders of daily buffet-style dining.

Hey, your art is nearing Dragon Ball Z quality. But your stories are probably better. I never did watch Dragon Ball anything...

Is Paco mad because he's not wearing his hat or because he's in his ... heart undies.

Does he feel more naked without the hat, or without his pants? These are important questions one must have answered to better understand their characterizations and some other fancy writing term. Hehe. Okay, maybe not so important.

Man, I've been .. missing a lot. Oh well, I've mostly been procrastinating and being a bum - haven't even drawn anything to put a Paco/Garrett cameo onto for a long time!

Though I think I've managed to ape Todd Nauck's Young Justice style a little bit so my drawing skills are slightly improved...

Anyway, I digress - often.... So... how do you still not have a webcomic yet? hehe.

Dreimon!  I've missed you!

Well, DBZ eyes are the only kind I could ever draw.  It's not so obvious when one is bigger than the other, like with other styles.

Generally, Paco feels more naked without his hat.  In fact, a t-shirt and boxers are his normal pjs, so he really doesn't have a problem being in his boxers in his own dorm room.  The exception is this pair, since Jimmy liked to make fun of them.  Jimmy calls them Paco's "Gay-man underwear."

So to why he's mad, I think he woke up to find his hat isn't where he left it and he's got a hunch Jimmy knows something about it.

Man, I am so slash-minded.  You said Paco/Garret and I was like "huh, what, yaoi pairing?"

I don't have a web comic because I have no room to have my scanner out all the time, so it's put away in a closet and dragging it out when I need it is a bitch.  I can't imagine doing it three or so times a week.

A Yaoi pairing? Hehe, I never thought of that until you mentioned it. Really.

You should consider building some sort of art buffer, so you'll have a couple comics ready for the entire week, and before they've been run through, scanning three or five more!

You can do it once a week. Need it thrice, chop it once, to... paraphrase Rachael Ray in a situation where she doesn't really apply.

Really though, it might be interesting. And if I wasn't so busy/lazy, I'd offer to color your Sundays, hehe. Okay, I'm mostly lazy, and I'm not doing that much either, not until I go get some sort of job handing sharp objects to people cutting people up. Surgeons, in a hospital, that's it, right! (insert smiley here)

But for now, I've decided to do a Young Justice fancomic in a style I don't have the skills for.

Oh and I didn't even realize it was the eyes. Hehe.

A buffer is a good idea.  I suppose what with not having school until January, I might as well give it a shot.  Any recommendations for a place to put them up?

Man, I can see the color bars in Paco/Garret (Pacet?  pronounced pocket?) fangirls' livejournal profiles.  "Pacet is hate!sex love."  And then of course there would have to be Garret/Paco (Garrco) and those color bars would say "Garrco is persistent love."

I swear I don't think about this a lot. >.>

Cutting people open is fun!  I mean.... >.>

As for your fancomic, I'd like to see it.

Oh, and here's another strip.

Yeah, it was, wasn't it? Hehe, I didn't see that coming at all, which is a good thing.

It's the sort of unpredictability that works well in webcomics, I think. It's fresh, I guess, but not in a way that goes way over people's heads.

I wish I could do that. :)

Yeah.  While there are other musicals I think are better than RENT, RENT will always be my favorite.

Unless of course someone writes a Paco musical.

*edit* Just thought I'd give you guys the heads up.

It's gonna start off with stuff you've already seen here, but it'll be new stuff eventually.  Hopefully I can build up a good buffer in the meantime and get a bunch of them onto my computer at once.  I'm gonna have a few more updates before I say anything int he plug your comic thread.  Thanks for all the support!

Go rent it or borrow it or buy it or something, right now.
And if you are lucky enough to see it live, I envy you so hard...
Heck, even get a copy of the soundtrack, it takes you through almost the whole story. It's amazing.

And yays for the website! ::bookmark!!::

Broadway cast version will take you through more of the story (since they sing EVERYTHING) but the movie soundtrack sounds a lot better because it's all clean and digitized.  I have the movie soundtrack, but I'm thinking of also getting the original cast one.  I had access to it for my American Musicals class and I miss it. I bought the Broadway Cast one shortly after I got the movie and the -short- version of the soundtrack... I like the Broadway one more. Not just because you get the story, but because you can hear the way it was meant to be heard.

Just thought I'd drop in and mention that today (18th) was totally Paco's birthday, and I completely forgot until like 2 hours ago so I didn't do anything to celebrate.  Paco doesn't mind, though.  He's used to it.  Right, Paco?

Paco: Fuck you.

See?  Default response.
