Simon & Garfunkel?
« on: 11 Mar 2007, 21:25 »

I absolutely love Simon & Garfunkel's acoustic stuff, and some of their acoustic rock(?)-ish stuff.  Examples: "For Emily, Whenever I May Find Her", "Kathy's Song", and "The Only Living Boy In New York".  So, i was curious, as to whether or not you guys could suggest similar tracks by them?  I've heard a lot of their other stuff thanks to my uber awesome mom.  I liked it, but not as much as the aformentioned songs.

I'm probably being a bit picky about this though...

The Sound of Silence has some of the most incredible two-part harmonies ever recorded.

Old Friends is just plain nice. So is Bookends. Those two kinda go together.

Scarborough is two songs at the same time that go together really well.

Pretty much anything on Bridge Over Troubled Water.  Or Bookends.  Or the Graduate soundtrack.
