I don't really like digital anime.  Like, fully digital.  Like Appleseed.  But a little bit isn't bad.

Lupin the 3rd both the second TV series produced by Monkey Punch and the Castle of Cagiliostro done by Miyazaki.
King of Bandit: Jing is one of the most entertaining animes I have watched in a long long time.
Darkside: Blues when it comes to being serious and mysterious is a lot of fun.
Obligatory Miyazaki, Trigun etc..
Ooh I almost forgot Rune Soldier now that is one of the funniest animes I have watched in a long long time.

Cowboy Bebop
FLCL
Love Hina
Full Metal Alchemist (which was fucking confusing due to me never watching it fully or in chronological order)

I've been avoiding Naruto for the simple fact that it's gained a following of Panic! at the Disco proportions where I live. Good things rarely get that popular. Also, if I see another nitwit with a Naruto headband and scythe, I'm shoving that scythe up his ass.

Anything by Studio Ghibli (Whisper Of The Heart, Castle In The Sky, Kiki's Delivery Service, Princess Mononoke, Panda! Go Panda!, etc.)

Um.. that's about it.  Just Ghibli stuff.

Also, Hellsing.

It rocks, really, really hard.

Hellsing indeed kicks ass.  The thing about Naruto, is that it's obviously for kids.  It's got a really cheesy power metal opening, a simple plot line, obnoxious characters, with the typical anime archetypes, with some made up mythology mixed in.  It's not the worst Shonen Jump though...*thinks of Yu-Gi-Oh...shudders*.

Yu-Gi-Oh makes me lulz.

I think we can safely say that any anime you can watch during Saturday morning cartoons is not a good anime.

Yeah.  :\

I cannot stop watching Neon Genesis Evangelion lately.  I actually had only seen very little of it up until about a month or two ago, when i watched End of Evangelion.  I guess it's kind of silly of me to watch the end and then go back and watch the rest.  Although, i believe i saw part of the series before I even knew what it was, and it was somewhere in the middle, because Asuka was in the episodes i saw.
