Just came back from the movie.
If you like fun, you should see the movie.
The audience laughed when stuff made them jump, and Cusac's reactions were great in my opinion... although he's no Nicholas Cage or Jack Nicholson when it comes to acting like he's completely freaked out.
But what I thought was totally unique was his amused reaction to things... the man was pretty much as desensitized to creepy stuff as the audience was... so his little smirks here and there were very relateable.
There were some very decent creepy moments, but I felt like some of the pressure let up eventually. I didn't really "Stay scared." -wink wink-
Worth catching in the theater, because on the TV screen it won't be as fun. They never really are.
This isn't really a mystery, or much of a ghost story, or a slasher.
This is a man in a room that becomes his worst nightmare, and there's a clock counting down.
