I went to my first nhl game! It was only preseason but it made for good times anyhow.  I enjoy yelling, so i am a good hockey fan.

This is my friend emily and i approving of the awesome-ness that was a mini Buffalo Sabres helmet that our dippin dots came in.

I left my eyes red to match the old logo! or maybe because i don't have any photo editing programs on this computer.  You decide!

You're looking more and more revolutionary every month.
Less and less! We have long since said goodbye to Daniel Castro.

RGC, I do not understand what is going on in that picture.

I appreciate that watch, it is awesome.

Breitling Colt, circa 2003. It's an awesome timepiece.

that it quite possibly the coolest decemberists poster i've ever seen.  where can i get one?  can i get one?

Thanks. I dunno if you can get one - I purchased it at Flatstock at Pitchfork Music Festival 2006.

Wedding guy? He has a name, y'know!

Edit: What a coimplete waste of my 1,000th post.

It is NEVER a waste when talking about me!

Another pic from before the wedding. Taken in my bathroom sans flash or stable surface, so it's blurry.

Definitely Nick Fury. Comic geekery minus the hype of 300, and not quite as geeky as being a videogame character.

Manda, you hit the nail on the head as far as my dilemma goes.  If I don't do Leonidas this year, I can't really pull it off any other year as it will be too old by then.  OTOH, I'm sure there are going to be way too many pale, skinny ass college guys with fake facial hair dressed up as Spartans.

Snake Plissken?

a videogame character.

Lordy Lordy, so this is what they meant by our schools failing our children.  I missed this Johnny, thanks for catching it.  Manda, you need to go rent a bunch of John Carpenter films right now.

Moar snappy, I made some cake but iced and ate most of it before I could take pics. So I made another one.

Low quality webcam is low quality.
But I got it free for a few headshots at LAN.

It was delishus, normal cake mix with vanilla essence and dried summer fruit berries in it and some treat maple flavour goo drizzled over the top of the mix before ovening so it gives the spiraly effect as it caremelises and burns off, then put lemon buttercream (buttercream and lemonjuice) on it. Then *nom nom nom*

Quote from: Joe Hocking's Helpful Article
Hideo Kojima has said in an interview that the character designs for Solid Snake and Big Boss were based on Snake Plissken. In the second game Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, the character Snake uses the codename "Iroquois Pliskin" early in the game, as a reference to the character.
