Actually, I suggest that you don't cut your own hair, unless you want a cut like mine, or, if your hair is long, the 'Edward Scissorhands' look.
As a rule, if you cut you own hair, it will NEVER be even.

there's nothing wrong with cutting your own hair. i've always cut my own hair. i haven't actually paid for a hair cut since i was a toddler. and obviously my parents paid for it then.
