One of my friends laments the closing down of Asheron's Call servers.  It was one of his favorite games ever.

Kingdom of loathing was a meh game.

Any other good browser based MMOs BESIDES runescape?

I got Dungeon Runners.  If anyone would like to play with me, my character's name is Menona, and I play on World 3 generally.

I am currently playing WoW...Cause my roomates play and it wastes time.

I'm waiting on the COMPLETELY free "Mythos" to come out of testing...(been waiting forever)....see it at www.mythos.com .

Also waiting on Hellgate: London to drop. Everything I've seen, read, and heared about this game leads me to believe it's gonna kick serious ass.

Hellgate: London looks absolutely bitchin'.  I can't wait.  I do, however, have a dilemma.  My computer sucks too much to play it.  Therefore I have to spend an assload of money to upgrade it.

i'm an old Kingdom of Loathing player, though i got bored with it a while back and discovered...

Secret Society Wars. This game is still in alpha testing stages, but is already pretty great. The active playerbase is still relatively small and close, and new players are very much welcomed! it's for ages 18 and over only, and the administrators are shiny and magical and always know if someone is not really 18.

I know of these pubie teens. I got to school with them and they spend their whole time discussing their "wicked awesomeness". they've made me wish i never bought it and i'm thoroughly glad that I did not spend any money on subscription.
