That was a "we're" as in the town and I meant it to show we were all behaving. I didn't want him to turn the game around! And what's up with this:

Ballard

I just don't think Linds has it in her.

I don't have it in me! And I don't think you have it in you either. But I think I is Grammar does.

I fully believe him, I didn't get a first round PM either, I only got the second email Jimmy sent out, so it stands to reason that all of the major roles would have been picked by the time Eugene got his message, leaving it little mystery to what he is, which I really think is a townsperson.

Though I don't like that lip boy. tell me to suck it? Why, I aughta... oh fuck it Innocent.

This post is my proof of Boro_Bandito's guilt.  Once again, someone tries to hide behind the "no message first round" business.  Additionally, this person voted against Ballard's guilt, one of few who did so.  Few enough that it would be comparable to the number of remaining mafia.  Also, he was delving in to threats towards the end of that post.

Basically, suspicious.  And suspicion is our best ally at this stage in the game.

Well I do happen to know what I am Dark Flame, which apparently Ballard didn't know what he was, because I did in fact get the second message from Jimmy just fine, before the game started. I'm not stating some sort of defense as if I don't know what sort of role I'm playing. I just felt bad for the guy for dying out so quickly in the last game.

I vote Dark Flame for blame throwing, do we even know how many mafia there are?

do we even know how many mafia there are?

Last game there were four.  But there were also less people.  So either four or five for this round.  But, then, two have been killed for certain, and I'd like to hope that we've picked off at least one, maybe two, through our votes.  So maybe one or two left?  Of course, possibly as many as three.

Though I suppose Jimmy could have gone crazy and made more than five mafia members.

Last game there were four.

Last game there were 5: Jimmy, Tyler, Slick, ampersandwitch, and Eris. Jimmy could have made as many as he wanted, honestly. The number typically fluctuates.

Sorry everyone, I've been distracted by my new video games system and equally new tv (the 360 blew out my old one).

Boro Bandito! You are hereby on trial for being a bounder and a cad, also there was something about murder? I don't know, state your defense anyway.

So...  No one is posting.  No defence yet.  This needs to move fast.

So, to start things off, I'm going to have to go with guilty.  I've given my logic above.  If he can make a reasonable case for himself, I'll reconsider, but as it is, decisions must be made!

Sorry, I've had projects and papers running me into the ground , finals week sucks. Right, Defense then:

I'm going to come out right here and say it, I love you all. I have absolutely no ill will towards any of you. Even if I was a member of the mafia I doubt I could even give out the order to kill anyone, I don't like hurting things. I feel like I have been made a scapegoat for these crimes just because its convenient, and not the truth. The truth is my hippocratic oath stops me, by stating "do no harm." That's right, I'm the medic, Dr. Boro_bandito at your service. By killing me you'd be making it more and more likely that you yourself will be killed.

I don't remember their being anywhere in the rules saying that I'm not allowed to say who I am, because I've never actually played this game in real life or anything, and I suppose I could be lying if I were the village idiot or a member of the mafia. But I'll die and the killings will continue, and noone will be saved from death by my hands. If that is your wish, I am powerless to stand against it. However, know that I well and most wholeheartedly declare my innocence. Thank you, good night. I have another paper and a take home final to finish.

By revealing myself, I have become a target. know that if you do count me as innocent I will continue to do my job rather than save myself, meaning it would keep more of you from death longer either way.

The townspeople convened and moved by the words of Boro Bandito believed his plea of innocence which was great for me because I'm low on ideas for executions at the moment. Anyway, Boro Bandito you are free to go.

Townspeople to sleep, roles PM me your thingies.

Nono, you misunderstood that, I've never saved myself. true, I've been wrong about who was going to die every night so far, but with fewer of us hopefully that'll change. And actually it would just be plain stupid for the mafia not to target me tonight, because I really won't save myself, but then it would look really bad if I didn't die tonight. I'm a dead man no matter what.

I'll PM my decision when my head stops spinning from the lack of sleep finals week has put upon me.

The mood of Everytown had risen since Boro Bandito had been found innocent. Sure no one had been punished for the murders but it was good to see that the town hadn't devolved into a pack of execution-happy nutbags. The Mafia obviously found this a perfect moment to strike and remind people of their presence for as the sun rose one fine morning it lit upon a grisly scene in the town square. As the crowds grew the town officials took it upon themselves to do a head count of who was there to determine who had been killed. The remaining townspeople gathered around the fountain, it's waters red with blood. They shied away from the walls which were covered in bloody handprints that looked as if someone had been trying to climb to saftey.
Once the police had finished checking every last townspersons presence against the latest census it became clear who was the last night's victim for Gemmwah was no where to be found. As the townspeople filed out of the small square they did their best to avoid a large section of the area which the police had cordoned off. In large reddy-brown letters a phrase was scrawled on the flagstones, marring their otherwise pure whiteness (the square had recently been refurbished). The message left by the mafia, in the blood and organs of their latest victim was unsettling at best.

None shall be spared.

Holy crap, we're a gruesome bunch....

Immediately following...:

Isn't it grand?

After Jimmy explained Gemmwah's death...:

Jimmy, you are really starting to creep me out.

And you say I'm into the creepy deaths?

I vote stella. Who, I would like to point out, said a see-through box would have been good for LordNagash's execution. Again, who's into the creepy deaths?

I am just as guilty as I was last round. And now I need to go learn about relativity.
