Primo posting!

Looks like I'm not allowed in hostels. It'll be £100 for me to stay on my own for 4 nights, I'm pretty sure Darryl is coming though so if someone wants to stay in a triple with us it'll only be £92 each. That's like 3 more drinks for each of us!

Hey october1983 we should hang out in London (you are in London-ish, right?) when I am there from the 5-7. This has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that I think you are hot.

Also on the 1st I am getting in at 9am from Atlanta and leaving for Glasgae at 6pm. Since I can't sleep in the airport, I guess I could read, but food in the airport is expensive and there are TRAINS and FUN THINGS that will let me go exploring. Any suggestions?

Also also Roddy what the fuck are you doing? I don't even know anymore. Make up your mind!

Can I come? I also stay in shitty student accom but it has 2 couches, we have an unoccupied room and alot of floor space where people are more than welcome to sleep.

What union do you mean? if you mean "The Union" IMHO okay for a few games of pool and a pint at lunch but the bar/club area on the second floor smells like piss.

Why not just the counting house or somewhere nice to eat? I am trying to think of a hangout big enough for people, maybe cellars and occupy one of the bits with couches? 1.50 a pint!

I've decided I'm going to stay up for about three days, I don't want to end up spending all my money. Which days, I'm still undecided on. For now, let's say 1st-3rd?
I don't imagine there would be much to do besides play pool, which I do TERRIBLY. I don't plan on doing any heavy drinking, and I would love to do some touristy things, such as observing the locals doing whatever it is they do in Glasgow.

I would actually LOVE to go shopping with some of you, unfortunately, I end up buying the most pointless items. Who would enjoy a shopping spree?

You don't know I am not a rapist, I also don't know YOU are not a rapist. What I DO know is I have a bit of space for people to crash out in and a lock on my bedroom door.

Also my mum came through for dinner the other nite and (since I moved/was kicked out she has totally changed the house, redecorated my room and removed any trace of me ever having lived in it) has come across a bunch of sleeping bags we used to sleep in as kids or snuggle up in to watch Saturday morning cartoons and eat cerial which she said I could have if I need them which I do because I often have a few frinds crash. Same rules for you guys applies, "You stay you pay" which means you buy me a drink. Comparative to a bed and fifty quid or a warm room/desk/floor/duvet/couch and two quid.

Normally 3-6 people crash over safe and warm so I can go a night only having to buy like 2/3 rounds

Well, I will certainly try my best. My job means that I work pretty unsocial shifts, and it just so happens that I'm on night shift on the 1st and 2nd of March (on the 3rd I have plans). That means I won't be out making a big night of it, but if something gets organised and I can make it then I certainly shall.

Also, if people have any ideas about what they are wnating to do or where to meet up I'm certainly able to come up with a few suggestions if needed.

Update: I still have nothing to do in London! I still have not gotten myself any place to stay! At this point I think I am going to just go and hang out in pubs and hope someone offers me a sofa, because if I do not have a job by the end of the week I will pretty much not have any money to pay for a lodging if I want to also pay for food things. So dudes, since no one has really said anything about hanging out in London, and I cannot really afford to pay to stay anywhere either, I am thinking of leaving the day before and just heading to NYC on the 6 instead. This has the distinct advantage of putting me back stateside in time for hangouts with NYC folk and also getting back to Atlanta by Sunday (9) morning to see my sister in her high school play thingy, which I hadn't known about until just now.
