Hmm, now Seattle is almost viable for me.  None of this "crossing countries" and "crossing oceans" bullshit, just 8 hours on I-5.  Except that I don't have a car, so it would end up being 11 hours on Greyhound instead, but still, I have friends in Seattle that have been nagging me for a year to come visit.  Too bad getting time off of work is a bitch, but I may look further into this idea.

Any details as to when it is? Where in Seattle? It's decently feasible, especially if I don't have school.. I'd be an hour away.

It's a hell of a lot more likely that I'll go to this. When is this happening?

See, this is the point of discussion. I haven't laid out any major plans, so let's get a feel for when everyone is free.

You get the fuck over here.

Hey! When I want Australian sass, I'll call your mother.*

This is like the only one you can probably count me out of.

See, this actually makes me sad. Tommy, you're one of the forumites I'd love to hang out with.

Well shit, if Yelley's going to be there, and since Chuck's already there, I might have to look into my plans for the weekend in question.

This could be really hot lots of fun!

So, personally, sometime in May is looking to be the best bet.  I'll likely be driving down from Vancouver.

My house.
I will be here, and so will my dog.
We have ample accommodations, as I just bought a queen sized air mattress yesterday, and we have (count em!) FIVE COUCHES.

I am not supposed to go back to Washington state.

Is there an angry father of an ex-ladyfriend waiting at the state border with a shotgun?

So normally I wouldn't say this, but I would really like to meet Chuck in person, so I will announce that Jeph and I will be attending Emerald City ComicCon which is from May 10-11th. If you guys have your meet-up then, a) you could meet us and b) you could come to a pretty cool convention if you wanted to do so. Just thought I would put that out there!

Aww. Well, Yelley and Katie not being there is tragic, but ECC seems to be a damn fine idea for a meet-up.

Listen, I'm no stranger to spending a shitload of time playing a video game, but it's not like I couldn't take a break for 2 days, especially if I had already been playing it for two months beforehand. It just seems like an odd reason to me.

yelley: You are clearly not getting that to everyone that didn't read his posts pre-july 07 he is fucking terrifying. I still recoil and prepare for an internet beating every time I see his avatar.

chuck is entirely composed of magical unicorns frolicking with bunnies in fields of daisies. and a giant penis.

Guess who utterly fails at reading months correctly!

Well, this slightly increases my chances of going. I believe I have school regardless, so the point is probably null.

Then you best be ready to recoil:

Stop being a puss and walk away from a video game for two fucking days. Fucking hell!
