Huh. I didn't realise both the Gallaghers sang. I thought the funny arsehole wrote the songs and the dickhead arsehole sang them.

Interestingly, "Canvey Island", which is the song on the album with the most straight-forward lyrics, is also I think lyrically the weakest - perhaps because it comes across as a bit too glib.

Canvey Island is probably my least favourite on the album. Glib is a good word. Musically it doesn't grab me either.
