This doesn't look like they're even trying to win anything. I think this show is all about having fun, like the Japanese version of Jackass, but worth watching.

Yes, but this show requires you to be silent while doing so, upping the difficulty factor.

It's just a small spinning engine with a rubber arm attached to it...

Actually, it'd probably be pretty easy to make with a turntable or something.
