Random praise for Jeph

I can't believe I spent so long reading your strip without having the idea sink in to my thick skull to swing by and thank you for having it up for my viewing pleasure. So... here goes: thanks a lot. Your strip is one of those rare literary gems that focuses on the dialogue between characters to advance plot as opposed to the other way around. From a writer's standpoint, I find it encouraging that you are not only of a like mind in that regard but that you can also pull it off so well. Here's to hoping you keep it up for a good long while. Cheers!

I'd like to stop and thank you too. QC is a brilliant comic. It's blatantly silly, cheekily witty, and poignantly dramatic. You balance plot, character, and humor amazingly. Thank you Jeph. You rock!

Not to mention having the talent to telegraph a punch for months and still make it feel like a shock when it arrives.

To echo this. I just discovered the strip on Sunday. Or was it Saturday?

And despite knowing full well that I didn't want to "get caught up" and should ration my viewing pleasure...

... to, say, 50 strips a day ...

... I'm now caught up. On the strip. (And wayy behind at work.)

I do have one complaint, though:

My abs hurt from laughing so much!

I can't beLIEVE how consistently funny your writing is. From the little details like the posters on walls and chalkboard specials to the dialogue, I've been laughing so hard ..

Well, lets just say your work has been the highlight of my year.

Thank you thank you thank you.

I completely agree! Jeph you are hilarious! I always laugh in a loud obnoxious manner while reading your comics...sometimes a piggy snort sneaks its way in there too. One time I just threw my head back and laughed maniacally...I was at my school's library.

We all know that THAT ended splendidly.

Thank you for providing me entertainment five days a week. I forget how I stumbled on to QC but I was hooked quickly and am glad at that. It's one of the 3 comic strips I follow religiously (8 bit theater and CAD being the others) and am dreading the day when it (like all good things) comes to an end.

If someone doesn't build a Pintsize by then, I'll be hella pissed.

There are some basic rules to remember when cosplaying.
   1. If you're a hot Asian chick you can wear whatever you want and say it's whatever you want. Lingerie and some Pikachu ears are totally a legitimate costume.
   2. Everyone else needs to GTFO.

To follow on from my earlier comment - I'm firmly of the opinion that anyone can do funny.

But funny-consistently?

That's hard!
