Bad Ass Coffee

Hey, first post, if this isn't in the right spot I'm sorry, I just *had* to share something with other people who read this comic.

Down the street and around the corner from my house, a new sign for a new shop went up.

The shop is called Bad Ass Coffee, and I was reminded instantly and thought of nothing more than Coffee of Doom.  I vow, that after the place opens, I will never drink coffee anywhere else ever again.

Pics later, if I get up the gumption to do so.

I've been to a Bad Ass Coffee shop before ... not only are the decorations annoying, the coffee is terrible.

....yeah, I guess depending on how you read it, they're really just telling you how terrible their coffee is.
And even if you do read it as "bad ass"...they're just setting themselves up for failure.

Tropical != metal

I think tropical metal is going to be be the next major musical genre. It will involve power chords played on the electric-ukulele while people in tight black leather dance a modified version of the hula.

There's a Coffee place where I live called "Solstice Cafe" run by Vegatarians, they play Indie music and dont care if you liked the service or not. When I first went in they laughed at me and said "Nice effort but the name brand jeans arent Indie enough"

That sort of pretentious ass-hattery is just annoying.  I prefer the cafe I went to in Phoenix where they played indie music, didn't give a damn about you, and were simply surprised when you wanted service.

Well, they grow on ya, I still go there today most days. It's more of going through a rough patch till you hit the grassy fields

Next time don't wear pants. Don't wear anything. Then say "Would you like me to put my name-brand jeans back on?" If they don't care that you're nekkid just read people's newspapers over their shoulder until you're the only customer left :D
