You have done a good deed. Also, having watched an inordinate amount of Ace of Cakes lately, what do those people have against buttercream? I mean, I quite enjoy fondant, but let's be reasonable people!

I still prefer to think of rugby in a more friendly way: Everyone tries to hug the guy with the ball. The team with the most hugs at the end of the game wins. Extra points for group hugs.

That was pretty inane for a year old post.

ETA: Ohmyballs, I'm so sorry, I could have sworn I checked.  I wish I wasn't such an asshole sometimes, sorry, SirJuggles.

And now on topic - I love Labyrinth!  Is there any hope of a Ludo or Jareth themed cake?  I can tell that's cotton candy for the antennae (or whatever the hell those were in Jim Henson's very-creative head), but is that popped rice for the body?

Very cool, compliments to the baker.

OK goddamnit, unfortunate page break timing and necroing my own thread means I'm quoting my own goddamn self.

Alright folks, I figured some new folks should be introduced to some wonderful cakes and besides that, Kat made a new cake for a friend's birthday! Labyrinth theme ahoy!

I recommended Kat make a cake of Jareth's crotch. She opted out on the grounds that it was too obvious.

Come on, no one wants to eat David Bowie's balls.

He has like 35 of them in the movie rolling around. You don't know where they've been.

PS - The cake was delicious, [email protected]
