I had a great idea (I thought so anyway) for a Hannelore t-shirt design. It was only afterwards that I realized it was a play on her name.

The shirt would have one word across the front: HANNERCORE or maybe HANNER-CORE either would work really.

Then above or below the text would be a picture of Hannelore in a total badass pose with cleaning supplies. Sort of like this image I found on Deviantart (It's not mine, I'm not taking credit for anybody else's work, it's just the best image I've found that illustrates the pose I had in my mind):

except with a mop instead of a spear and a spray bottle of disinfectant in her off hand and maybe a bandanna in her hair.

I think it'd be awesome, and I TOTALLY give Jeph and the QC crew permission to swipe my idea.

That would make a great T-shirt, poster, or wallpaper.

(I'm not fond of printed T-shirts but I'd buy the poster.)

EDIT: I agree that the text could use some work, but the basic concept is great.

If that's the way you're going with this I'd get rid of "Hannercore" and replace it with something like The Sterilizing Avenger (or something else cleaning related) since it's just the Toxic Avenger pose using Hannelore. I like the idea, but personally I wouldn't buy it if it said Hannercore on it.

This would have to be limited to like one or two colors.

Four colors is probably not enough to draw Hanners, even if it is enough for Winslow and a box.

Also because printing lots of colors is expensive.

It doesn't have to be in a huge number of colours. Look at the coffee of doom shirt for example.
