Can women dress like this again, please?

I imagine if I ever met Ally, she'd have some sort of Mister Dressup style tickle trunk full of magical outfits we could try on and then we'd go have fantastical adventures, and maybe even learn a little bit.

that's my favorite work suit, I don't have any pics of me wearing it but it's a navy three piece suit with a double breasted jacket. pretty old school.

The first time I entered this thread, I was saddened to learn it had nothing to do with the song "Time Warp" from The Rocky Horror Picture Show, which was the high point of that movie.

Yeah yeah yeah this is a necropost but I have a damn good reason.

I found this dress in my grandmother's closet on Mother's Day.

Liz, let's go dancing.

Actually let's not, I'm terrified of dancing. Cute dress anyway though.

A few weeks ago I saw this thread, and it inspired me and my roommate to stay in and play dress-up.  Then I didn't post pictures because I was new and shy.  But now: Behold my roommate!  My little paper doll!

She prepares for America's next Depression, she channels Janeane Garofalo, and she's a glamorous 70s businesswoman!

SHE DOES IT ALL.

Your roommate is winning. Specifically, she is defeating you, because you need to dress up too.

Liz, have I told you how awesome your shoes are? Because they are pretty awesome. So awesome, if we were the same shoe size, I would steal them. But we aren't, so this is a sad fact I have to live with. (Where'd you get them, btw?)

I think so! They are from Payless, but I got them on clearance last summer so the odds of you finding them in a store now are ridiculously low. Sorry!

Also that most lots of people who wear corsets are not fetishists and are not going for crazy reductions.

Katie, I see your corsets and raise you:

God, if I ever met a girl wearing that, I'd marry her on the spot.

Dear Timewarp thread,

Recently, we put on a silent film night in a friend's warehouse. We had a live piano player! And popcorn! And I was the usher, and got to wear a fez!

Wish you were there,

Love,

-Nick.

P.S. Misconception, that dress is the bee's knees.

Haha, they're a 7.5. I honestly never wear them aside from the pictures I've posted in this thread, so I will bring them to Tronno. We can agree on a fair price once we are there.
