The first thing I saw in this picture was Jaimie's lovely eyes, then the Capt. Picard action figure.

Man I have so many photos, I am trying to decide which ones deserve a place in this thread.

Guys, I had an absolutely smashing time.  I liked you all large amounts!  the internet wins! Also I spent $40 on pop tarts so I am happy.
Anyway, I am planning to go back to Sydney in probably late November/early December, because then it will be near my birthday!  And I will be able to buy myself abother corset!  Man, I really liked that burgendy one.  I mean, I like the one I got alot too, but I can't put it on by myself! So I cant just put it on and take photos! lame!  Gallery Serpentine's corsets are SUCH GOOD QUALITY.

Enough twaddle about my corset, the point is that Dovey/Brett/other people should plan to come down around then too!
Thanks Lunchy for letting me sleep in your house and eat your food and hug your cat.  Also Jimmy, for the same thing, except for the cat.

Now, PHOTO DUMP

Honestly I'd rather not have it in November/December, but if other people organised a good and proper OzCon, then I'd literally have no choice, because I am that down for a proper QC Aussie party-time.

I reckon Feb is the best time because it's after school starts but before uni. Also, people are less likely to be busy with christmas holiday things. Also, it's the best part of summer. Jodie, you should come down then if you can!

I am up for an OzCon pretty much anytime, but perhaps early next year is the best option. November/December are always far too busy for me because I will be working over the Christmas Retail period, will have numerous family Christmas events to attend and possibly a wedding to attend. So January/February would be better.

Early or late February would be wicked. I can make late February to the max. OzcoN(z).

Early new year (February) is definitely better than late old year (November/December).

DEC/JAN, SCHOOL HOLIDAYS, 6-7 WEEKS!!!

Basically, that's when I'm free and if it's in Sydeny/Newcastle I may crawl out of my room to meet the internets.

For the record, this'd basically be a weekend/long weekend deal, as opposed to anything longer, wouldn't it? That's what the Tronno-ites did?

Just making sure because obviously that means that it's easier for people to organise around work/school/such.

Actually, now I think about it I really have no idea where my life will take me in the next few months (I finish my audio course in September and after that comes the arduous process of trying to find a job in the ridiculously overcrowded audio industry) and I'm really hesitant to make plans, but I guess we're not even close to making anything concrete yet. So yeah, jus' sayin'.

Also I think my girlfriend wants me to come to Canada with her at some point in the new year, but I'm pretty sure my chances of being able to afford that are somewhere in the league of none to fuck-all.

Aztex, do you take professional casting photos for a living, man? I swear, those first seven shots look like promo shots for an upcoming dramedy starring the Aussie forumites. Seriously, everyone even looks like they fill a specific role.

And no matter how many times I see it, every time I catch Squiddy's X-Men poster in a photo, I think "hey! I've got that poster!"

haha thanks.

The right lens can make that much of a difference. It's the camera that's doing doing most of the work, not me.

Ok guys.  Before this thread dissapears forever I just wanted to show the internets my two expensive purchases for the weekend. My $250 Gallery Serpentine corset adn my $120 Route 66 skirt.  I don't have a shirt that goes with this outfit so you will all have to deal with the one that doesn't match!

The skirt has guns on it!  You can kind of see them.

It also gives me so much arse.
The corset is remarkabley easy to get into bymyself, who would have thunk it.

Poor Loxley, I am not sure he has enough mysterious death to go around these days.
