Connections is horrrrible.You're not missing out there. The Court's more of a (slightly trashy) anything goes, everyone-friendly club that's neat since it's off in a different direction from horrible places. The Library looks pretty neat. I'll have to keep that one in mind.

I feel as if my reply will decide whether or not Tommydski is coming to AusCon.

In my experience, 'going out dancing' means throwing yourself into a crowd of sweaty drunken people flailing to Top40 remixes and knowing all the words.
Dancing in your undies on top of the bed, or with a bunch of people you know to music you aren't ashamed of, is a whole heap better. I guess AusCon will be the latter (and hopefully the former), so it doesn't really matter anyway.

Liz I am twenty two in about a week and a half. I expect presents (naked pictures will do just fine)

As Lunchoid said I have been going out and dancing for- not quite five years- but for quite a while now, and I am a little burned out and I kind of just enjoy watching movies with my girlfriend at home at the moment? I work such dumb hours and get no sleep that by the time I get to the weekend I can not move let alone stay out til 4am throwing shapes.

Also as she said there are usually a lot of people at these things and sometimes I am not crazy about people some times.

I'm sure I will get the bug and want to go out and rave again soon (I am being abandoned by The Girl tonight and the Bang Gang Deejays are having a party so maybe tonight?).

Hey OzBastards I am probably booking my tickets this week or next while I still have such a thing as "spare money" and I was wondering if it is still a Thing that we are going to be extending this out past the weekend for the purpose of sweet Rizzo lovin'? If so how many days are other interstate people looking at hanging about?

I am looking at a flight that will probably get me into Sydney around midday on Friday, and I guess I have no idea for the other flight, seeing as I have no idea what day.

I am now working Thursday, Friday and Saturday every week, but it is possible for me to take time off/swap days around etc, because when you work for parentals, you can do that.

Actually this will be tricky for me because it's my mum's birthday around that time, and "Sorry mum, I could afford time off work and the price of an aeroplane ticket but I decided to go hang out with some people off the internet instead of come home and visit you" probably won't cut it. However I may be able to fit both in, but I won't know until the new year.

Option B: You fuckers all come to visit me in Melbourne. Melbourne is better.
