Actually, this year's E3 sucked outside of EA's presentation, and even that was totally spoiled when half of it turned out to be the new NFL game.

Spore's a week from completion. Think we'd get an early copy if I managed to recreate his face in the creature creator?

Activision announced recently that they would be taking several of Sierra's titles (since Sierra was owned by Vivendi) and assimilating them into their own portfolio. The bad news: the Ghostbusters game and Brutal Legend, aka the only two games out of this gigantic behemoth that I gave a shit about, are not on that list which most likely means they've been dropped and will need to find a new publisher.

Well, according to Ghosbusters Fans, Sony will take the Ghostbusters Game, and all progress made thus far on the game, and find a new publisher ofr it.  Of course this means the game will most likely be delayed for another six months or so.

In my opinion, Spore should have won hands down.

Interesting new tidbit for comic book fans: Warren Ellis recently mentioned on his website that he was responsible for much of the writing and backstory of Dead Space.

Shit.

I need someone to tell me something bad about Dead Space because right now RE4 + Eternal Darkness + space + Warren Ellis = fucking amazing.
