Sorry I missed out, guys. I really did have a Prior Engagement. (I was in the suburbs for a family party.)

Next time some forumite is in Chicago, let me know, PM me, email me, SMS me, send a telegraph, smoke signals... I'm a bit difficult to pin down, but once you do I'm all in.

I think the main thing we can take away from this weekend is that the Field Museum isn't really the best choice of destination. I'm thinking Edith and I should have just called it a day after MCA and texted you guys "oops sry u snooz u lose lol"

I haven't been there in a long long time, but I do remember the Nature Museum being pretty cool. Especially the butterfly room. Or the zoooooooo! Or just bum around Chinatown for the day!

I had fun. It was a lame museum, sure, but the exhibits were badly enough done that I got some good laughs. And you know, it was fun to hang out with you guys.

Also, I'm going to make mac & cheese with shrimp for dinner tonight. That stuff is awesome. I can't believe I never thought of it before!
