QC Forums Creativity Tome
« on: 01 Nov 2008, 12:59 »

In the near year that I have been on these forums there has been so much creative stuff going on that it's insane. And all of it slowly sinks to the dark depths of the fora.

This makes me a little bit sad, and it made me realise that really, we should be keeping track of it. Somehow.

And I'm not talking about stuff in the art's and craft's section, or the drawings section. Which is essentially showing off things that you have done outside of the forums. I'm talking about the 'story telling' threads, the competition threads, the 'do your shittiest cover' thread. Basically art that was made with the sole intention of being displayed on the forums and then probably forgotten.

Is this a bad idea?
How would we go about doing this?

And the Qwiki hardly does a good job, seeing as it mainly just stores inside jokes of the older members here.

If you like something, you can probably save it. That or just go back a couple of pages. I don't consider any of the classic threads lost.

I do think it would be pretty cool to update the Quiki though.

I guess a more up to date quiki would be just as good.

where does the quiki belong anyways?

EDIT: I mean, who does it belong to. Cause apparently, forming correct sentences is hard for me.

The quiki is a pile of poo and it claims that I have been IP banned  I do not know how this happened since I've never actually been able to log onto it since I have been IP banned. Whut.

Perhaps QC should appoint a Quiki Committee that updates the Quiki when anything noteworthy happens?

Perhaps the Quiki should not be such a pile of poo or I would join that committee! I have a conversation of note to add right now!

Um, wow, that rule has apparently changed since I was in 8th grade. I could've sworn that was correct, wtf.

Do you really need us to cite historical evidence showing that that rule has not, in fact, changed?

lol, now YOU are in the wrong, because you would use "it's" as a contraction for "it has".

Ain't nobody perfect in these here inter-nets.

Also I would like to point out that the combination of Sailor Moon and faux-Kerouac / Sonic Youth spelling is perhaps the purest distillation of what this forum is that we have yet been presented with.
