Can't say why, but there's something striking about the background chicks in the first panel of #519.

Anything where Jeph is playing with different view angles.

Every facial expression in #1221.

The chicks in the 519 background are Amy and Shelly from the Scary-go-Round comic. Here is a thread about that stuff right here  http://forums.questionablecontent.net/index.php/topic,19384.0.html
