I like SOOOOOOOOO much nonenglish music. Some of my favorites:

Dota - Basshunter (Swedish) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OzWIFX8M-Y

Boten Anna - Basshunter (Swedish) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RYQUsp-jxDQ&feature=related

Wait. You actually like Basshunter?

Noone likes Basshunter. It's like a terrible, terrible nerdy Cascada clone.
I like basshunter, and that's good enough for me.

Um, anything by Geddy Lee isn't in English, but in some sort of falsettoese.

Ebudę by Enya
Ready Steady Go by L'arc-en-Ciel
Hocus Pocus by Focus (Yodeling Dutch Rock never sounded so good.)
Oye Como Va by Santana
Southpark House/Tarruing Tean An Crios/Kevin's Celtic Chasm by Anna Murray

Panjabi---Mundian Te Bach Ke
It's brilliant! Corny, but brilliant.

Arcade Fire---Haļti
Most of the lyrics is not English, but French.

Anything by Rammstein.

And this weird song, by the German band Helium Vola: Saelic

And some Dutch music, most notably Guus Meeuwis, and his song about Brabant, the region in the Netherlands I'm from.

Richard Gotainer - La Ballade de L'obsede

Funny song, translated as "The Ballad of the Pervert" or something to that degree.

Anything by Rammstien.... i'll third that ! Actually i enjoy watching the azumanga daioh amv of "Rammstien - America" on YouTube

but for cruising the streets of Delta BC Canada i'd pick "Jimi Mistri - Chori Chori Gori Se" its on the soundtrack to the movie "The Guru" not to be confused with the "The Love Guru"

Everything by Wir sind Helden, especially "Du Erkennst Mich Nicht Wieder" and just because it's fun and makes me dance, "Gekommen um zu Bleiben."

"Belleville Rendevouz" by Benoit Charest.

I'm sure there's more but I can't think of the names of them.

Paul VanDyk - Nothing but you

This was the first song to come to mind when I saw the thread title.

It is my favourite non-english song ever.

(Though I am sure with the plethora of guitarists on this forum I am not quite speaking to a dance-techno appreciating audience)

Most Boris songs are in Japanese. They're one of my favorite bands ever. Go figure.

I know it's the obvious answer, but... Sigur Ros. It has to be. Honourable mention goes to Polysics, Japanese electro-punk which is mostly in Japanese with the odd bit of English and the odd bit of complete nonsense.

I'm new here on these boards and I have to say I am digging the musical tastes and opinions shared here.  Now that's out of the way...
I am with everyone who mentioned Sigur Ros.
I love me some international jazz so I have to say "Engingilaye" by Richard Bona and I have to give credit to a band that refuses to let Shoegazing die and I love me "New Years" by Asobi Seksu

Outside (the amazingly fast guy). That guy is an amazing rapper. I actually wanted to post Run And Run, my personal favorite track, but I couldn't find a good quality version on YouTube.
