Perhaps Jeph can drop by and give your shoes a shine when he's completed your other reasonable requests.
Updating the cast section is perfectly reasonable. However, since it takes 4-6 hours to actually draw the strip, and more time for planning the topic, characters, and dialogue, I'm surprised Jeph actually has a life outside of QC. He's got better things to do than update the Cast section, such as eat and sleep.
