Got to see Koyannisqatsi on the big screen when my college's film society showed it.

Pretty amazing, though not my favorite ever.

I was underwhelmed, but I didn't see it in a theater. It really struck me as a theater movie. I also like films with plots, no matter how convoluted it is, it has to have a plot.

It's a trilogy and is simply stunning. The scores by Philp Glass are especially good.

My friends and I have tried to watch it several times, but it's just never managed to keep our interest.

Honestly, the only good thing I associate with it is:

shiiiit I never noticed that.  Anyway, I updated it without the shitty commercials.  Also, powaqqatsi and naqoyqatsi.  You're welcome, all 5 fans of the qatsi trilogy!

Oh man. Koyaanasqatsi was one of my favourite flicks, and now thanks to scrubs I can't watch it without giggling.

I love these movies, they're like gigantic audiovisual poems. Eisenstein must still be having posthumous orgasms for them.

the third quarter of Powaqqatsi is the best montage I've ever seen. It's like a revolutionary call to arms.
