Kind of spoiled the surprise there. Why I don't like leaks.

[I suppose now is the time to say I've turned around somewhat in my opinion of the show. Until this last episode, though, it was hovering just on this side of worthwhile.]

A friend of mine recommended this.  I have no interest in it.

Joss' formula is very predictable to me now.

Tonight's was freaking excellent. Alan Tudyk stole the show. And will continue to, I'm assuming.

Also, is it just me or did Topher say "Frak" instead of the F-word?

So, when the guy in the chair mentions Whiskey, anyone else thinking he was trying to refer to the active rather than the drink?

TV Tropes says it was the doc. Makes some sense, although I thought that Topher at least kept going on about how they shouldn't use the same imprint too much or for too long, and the doc is always the doc.

I was so hesitant about this show, but the last few eps leading up to and including the finale have all been excellent. Season finales usually leave me very dissatisfied, but this one had everything I want from a season finale. Did a great job of tying up loose ends and giving a sense of closure (no lame cliffhangers) while at the same time starting up some very promising future arcs.

I'm definitely staying with this show. Hope they don't lose steam :o

I like how within the last two episodes, they use the terms "Frak" and "Oh my gods."  I want to say it's a coincidence, but having Tamoh Penniket on set must be bringing over a little BSG flavor to this Wheadon work.

Also, Jane Espenson is on board as a writer and executive story editor; she's been on Whedon's staff since Buffy, and also contributed heavily to season 4 of BSG.
