Maybe not, but for some people "soundtracking it" helps them concentrate. Well, when it comes to things like homework or assignments. Some people like napping/falling asleep to music, too.

Because it also just popped up in Meebly - Death Cab For Cutie for the lady that hasn't quite made it from "making love" to "fucking" yet.

The last time I had sex in my car, there was the 2006 Ministry of Sound mix playing. That was pretty good too.

I'm just politely implying that I find most post-rock boring. Boring music during sex is even less enjoyable than at any other time.

i agree, ive never actually LISTENED to the music playing, i only notice when the album has finished.

i guess music is good for foreplay more than anything else.

It depends on what you mean by "aware". If you find yourself listening to the lyrics, then you may have a problem. But in my personal experience, it can create a nice ambiance that I'm partially aware of.
