This can be a thread for discussion of guerilla art and that sort of thing I guess.

This was cool enough to post and a little too sweet for the pointless thread.

So, my future crime and clock fixing plans are tandem.

I've always wanted to be part of a Guerrilla Art movement, but I don't think they're are around here.

Wow, this is one of the most impressive things I've ever heard. These people are truly inspirational artists and I hope the French government and police recognize that and do not attempt to put a stop to their activities.

This is the kind of crime I really wish we would hear about more often.

I still prefer to think of rugby in a more friendly way: Everyone tries to hug the guy with the ball. The team with the most hugs at the end of the game wins. Extra points for group hugs.

Not having any groups around is possibly one of the worst reasons for not getting into it. Start your own damn art movement if you really want to. You have friends, don't you?

I remember when the literally underground cinema was discovered a few years ago. It's awesome to see that the group's still around and doing things. I definitely agree with the asofterworld comic. We definitely need more good crazy.

I'm a big fan of reverse graffiti, although it is not technically a crime in most places to clean public places.  That's part of why it's so badass I think.

I did some guerilla art today, unfortunately not exactly where I wanted it because of cameras. I'll try and get the pics off my friend.

  • hey there

The most "Guerilla Art" thing I've ever done was making a Rondellhund about a year back, but I really don't think that counts at all

  • SKULL BABIES!

Someone on my hometown's city planning department decided to commission a sculpture of three kids collecting fireflies.  They installed this brass thing, with these children running around nearly naked, like kids do in summer.  This would be cute and all, except that I grew up in frigid Wisconsin, so this sculpture only makes sense for three months out of a given year.

In the middle of winter, with snow piled deep, a friend and I decided to make this thing less ridiculous by dressing the poor brass children in hats and coats.  The funny thing is that, had we been caught, we'd probably have been ticketed for vandalism, but because we were long gone by the time anyone noticed, it was photographed and put in the local paper with a funny caption about "good Samaritans."

Man, an underground cinema would be so rad.
I don't know why but this kind of thing turns me on.
