This is a project I've been working on in my head for an awful long time but I'm not exactly sure how it all fits together.

The Basics: Red vs. Blu, where one side is the good guys and the other is the villains. I haven't decided which is which.

First and most obvious:

Dr. Rusty Venture as The Medic. This one speaks for itself here.

Brock Samson as The Soldier. This one I feel I need to explain a little, at first glance, Brock's Imposing size makes him a shoe-in for Heavy, and the obvious team of Dr. Venture and Brock Samson makes this heavy/medic pair a pretty obvious choice. I decided in the end that Brock Samson's speed made him a better fit for Soldier.

Hank Venture as The Spy. An odd choice, I agree, but imagine him wearing the suit with a cape and the batman mask with a post-it note with a rough sketch of The Enemy upon it. I think you'll agree this is a pretty nice fit.

Dean Venture as The Scout. I don't even know where to start with you. Do you even know how well this fits? Kind of a perfect thing.

seems pretty good.

Actually, I object to the spy choice, since I think it should be fairly obvious. Just make Hank the pyro instead. I mean yeah, that's kind of awkward, but on the upside, he is probably going to batshit insane as an adult, and his sanity is already pretty debateable. If we're deadset on Hank=Spy though, Molotov could easily be a sniper too, I suppose.

Later season Billy Quizboy would make a good Demoman or Engineer

And honestly, I think the Doc & Brock as the Medic & Heavy team makes too much sense to screw around with; I mean, yeah, Brock is pretty fast, but he's also damn near indestructible. Just make Orpheus the soldier instead. He's mobile and he could zap things. If anyone's going to be the heavy hitters it should be Brock and Orpheus anyway.

I think Molotov would be more suitable as enemy team, considering the whole "I want to do you, but I'm going to kill you anyway" relationship between her and Samson.

pete white for pyro

H.E.L.P.eR. for Engineer

Pirate Captain for Demo(?)

Sergeant Hatred for enemy team Soldier

Baron Werner Ünderbheit for enemy team Heavy

Torrid for enemy team pyro

Molotov for enemy team sniper

Henchman 24 (tall one) for enemy team scout

Henchman 21 (with all his stolen gadgets) for enemy team Engineer

Dr. Henry Killinger for enemy team medic?

I dunno where to put the Monarch, but leaving him out would be so very wrong. neither demoman nor spy really fit with him, but demo might work if the bombs were butterfly themed.

The Sovereign/David Bowie for enemy team spy?

I guess I just think she fits TV's needs more than the villains, although you could clearly go either way with her allegiances since she's a consummate free agent by definition.

As for the villains, it's too bad that Underbheit is such an obvious choice for heavy; an inseperable 21&24 Heavy-Medic team would have been fun, particularly since 21 is already kinda heavy. Plus it would have freed up the Monarch to be the scout, which would make sense since mobility is really about the only thing he has going for him. On the other hand, I'd feel terrible leaving out the Baron and he doesn't really make sense as a demo man.

Well, he kinda does, but tiger bombs aren't exactly as subtle as the stickies.

Also I would like to point out that the combination of Sailor Moon and faux-Kerouac / Sonic Youth spelling is perhaps the purest distillation of what this forum is that we have yet been presented with.
