I have found this useful, hope maybe some of you do too :)

It's very practical, its approach comes from cognitive behavioral therapy.

Maybe someone like Jimmy could have more useful things to say about it? Alternatively if you have time to look through what the website has to offer, your opinion would be appreciated.

Anyways I don't really know what this thread could be for, since we already talk about our feelings in the blog thread, but whatevs! Just wanted to get a link out you know

Why on earth is an Australian university offering a single alternative language which is Norwegian?!?

The ANU's sister university appears to be the University of Copenhagen, in Denmark. Wait that doesn't explain anything at all.

It has apparently been translated for the Institute of Psychology at the University of Tromsø here, which partially explains it. I couldn't figure out why, and it doesn't really explain why there are no other translations, but ah well.

Urgh, I am struggling on the "thoughts" section, how the hoo-ha am I supposed to remember all of these different ways to put yourself down?

Oddly enough the "oh no boobs!" box in the background of todays comic is my usual reaction.
