I have found this useful, hope maybe some of you do too :)

It's very practical, its approach comes from cognitive behavioral therapy.

Maybe someone like Jimmy could have more useful things to say about it? Alternatively if you have time to look through what the website has to offer, your opinion would be appreciated.

Anyways I don't really know what this thread could be for, since we already talk about our feelings in the blog thread, but whatevs! Just wanted to get a link out you know

The ANU's sister university appears to be the University of Copenhagen, in Denmark. Wait that doesn't explain anything at all.

It has apparently been translated for the Institute of Psychology at the University of Tromsø here, which partially explains it. I couldn't figure out why, and it doesn't really explain why there are no other translations, but ah well.
