Apricots and water.

I cut the apricots in half, remove the pit, and then eat them from the inside.

Then I turn the skins inside out and fold them so I can eat them while minimizing contact with the fuzzy side.

Am I the only one who loves peaches and apricots but is weirded out by the fuzzy skins?

Caleb, if you actually washed your fruit before you ate it, you would know that the fuzz comes off pretty easily with a little friction from your fingers. Barring that, I peel them with my fingers and eat them that way.

I wash everything that I eat. I guess the apricots I got aren't ripe enough or I didn't scrub them hard enough.

I like my way. This way I get all the fiber and good stuff from the skins.

Roast chicken dinner w/ potatoes, onions, and portabellos roasted. Veg and fungus were roasted in the pan with the chicken, and the chicken's cavity was filled with a half bottle of oatmeal stout. Drippings were delicious but I botched the gravy a bit by adding too much flour and then having to thin it out too much. Didn't open the bottle of white because she didn't come by.

I had amazing steak fajitas for dinner. They were basically the fajita kit things where the sauce and seasoning all comes pre-made but I added all manner of stuff in as well. And soon I am making popcorn with some popcorn seasoning stuff (either dill pickle or all dress) that The Lady brought back from Canada.

I would like to note that you voiced your preference twice in that statement. You indeed must enjoy the fuzzy stuff.

I always chop up Kiwis and I don't seem to notice the skin that much.

Today for lunch I had a chicken quesadilla from a newly opened burrito place that makes it's own salsa with big chunks of garlic in it. I asked them to make it with less cheese and more onions. VERY Good.

One (1) beef pie with "cheese and bacon" (I would like to contest the amount of cheese and bacon in that beef pie, but it was $1, so I can't really complain) - 11:15am
Some (about 6?) lolly snakes - intermittently between 1-4pm
One (1) "Giant" sausage roll - 5:40pm

I am going to have a bopped (uhm, cooked in the microwave?) potato with baked beans and cheese for dinner. My body is going to hate me for today.

The funny thing is how evil you feel when preparing a crab from scratch:

1: Boil water
2: Add live crab
3: Wait for a while
4: Remove now boiled to dead crab
5: Smash it's limbs and pluck out whatever's inside.

Cows get it easy. You just cut their neck or shoot them. Crabs are boiled to death. They are fucking awesome food, though. Take crab meat, add a bit of vinegar and pepper, and spread it over toast. Yes.
