I am eating pizza! The dough is from this recipe, but with all white flour because I didn't have any wheat flour. Then I put garlic, pizza sauce, 1/2 mozzarella & 1/2 sharp cheddar cheese, tomato slices, and chopped basil.

It is delicious!

Man I wish I was eating something right now.

A few nights ago I cooked dinner and we had fried mashed potato discs with pesto in the mash (I made them a bit too thick so they didn't fry well) and stir-fried vegetables with some rice. It was suprisingly good! I improvise pretty well but I'm terrible at following recipes.

I guess this could also have gone in the cooking thread.
