They have dark chocolate Tim-Tams in Target now. I stocked up awhile back on a variety and haven't eaten any yet.

I am assuming that the dark chocolate ones might have the same effect as the double coated ones and last longer in hot liquid.

I postulate that dark chocolate's melting temperature is higher than normal chocolate.

The Peppridge Farms are just called Tim Tams. Was quite happy to discover them the other night!
